Gwen D'Souza is a senior associate with Lippman, Semsker & Salb, LLC.
Since 1996, Ms. D’Souza has provided counsel and guidance, serving the business and personal needs of clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. D’Souza regularly counsels clients on employment agree-ments, business formation, elder law, and estate planning matters. Ms. D’Souza is an experienced litigator. She has successfully litigated employment discrimination, wage collection, breach of contract, and non-competition agreement claims against many govern-ment agencies and major corporations. Ms. D’Souza’s recent notable accomplishments include settlement of a retaliation case against the Library of Congress, successful arbitration of a fiercely-contested employment contract, and wage collection case against a Coca-Cola subsidiary.

Ms. D'Souza is an approved mediator for the Montgomery County Office of Human Rights and the Circuit Court for Montgomery County in employment law cases.
Ms. D'Souza was honored with a nomination as a Bar Leader of the Montgomery County Bar Foundation in 2001. Because of her fluency in Spanish, Ms. D'Souza often counsels Spanish-speaking clients on legal matters.
