Pooja is able to deliver enormous value to our clients in large part because of her experience as a Paralegal for the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service for several years prior to attending law school. While at the IRS, Pooja drafted numerous appeal recommendations, pleadings, defense letters, privilege logs, and memoranda; tained attorneys on taxpayer appeal procedures and Tax Court Rules; and operated as liaison between the IRS and the U.S. Tax Court by reviewing orders, evaluating Tax Court filings, and assisting with Motion Sessions calendars. While working for the IRS, Pooja was recognized as "National Paralegal of the Year" and "Employee of the Month."
Pooja is conversant in Hindi.
