Kirsten Pullin is Of Counsel to Lippman, Semsker & Salb, working primarily in the Firm's Domestic Relations and Family Building practice areas but also providing leadership in employee benefits issues related to the Firm's Employment Law practice. Kirsten also serves as the Firm's Practice Coordinator for our service to medical professionals, ensuring that medical professionals' broad-based needs are fully satisfied.

Kirsten is a skilled negotiator and counselor, having practiced for many years in the complex and technical field of ERISA law before teaching at Georgetown's law school. She subsequently joined Lippman, Semsker & Salb to litigate domestic relations cases, which better fit her focus on family and home issues. She is skilled in all areas of domestic relations practice, particularly the negotiating and drafting of custody and property settlement agreements, the valuation of marital property, complex calculations regarding varied property interests, and the negotiation and drafting of prenuptial agreements.

Legal Services for the Medical Profession:

Kirsten has a special focus on helping medical professionals gain the legal services that they need, serving as the Firm's primary point of contact for doctors, dentists, nurses, acupuncturists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals. The Firm has a long history of serving the medical profession, having delivered practice formation, practice acquisition, contract law, employment law, and estate planning services to medical professionals for many years.

Ms. Pullin is a contributing author of chapter "ERISA and the World of the PPO" in The PPO Guide published by The American Accreditation and HealthCare Commission/URAC (1999); Contributing author of amicus brief in Herdrich v. Pegram, 530 US 211, 120 S. Ct. 2143 (2000); Licensed Acupuncturist (MD 2008); Certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (NADA);.Appointed Adjunct Professor, Georgetown University School of Law (2008-2009).
