Mr. Katz is an associate, concentrating his practice in Estate Planning and Probate matters and Small Business Law, advising small businesses in all areas of corporate formation, corporate governance, contracts, and corporate dispute resolution. Prior to joining Lippman, Semsker & Salb, LLC, Mr. Katz represented clients as a Student Attorney before the United State Tax Court. Mr. Katz also interned for Judge Lynne Battaglia of the Maryland Court of Appeals.
