Jeff Kim is an associate with Lippman, Semsker & Salb, LLC, working in our Family Law and Family Building Practice areas.

Mr. Kim also works in the Firm's Taxation practice, preparing tax returns, litigating tax controversy cases, handling offers & compromises with the Internal Revenue Service, and the like.

Jeff serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland University College, where he teaches Federal Income Taxation.

Before joining Lippman, Semsker & Salb, Mr. Kim spent several years as a law clerk and then lawyer at a small practice representing clients in divorce proceedings; contempt hearings; child support, child custody, and visitation disputes; and pendente lite hearings involving child support, child access, and alimony. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting Separation and Property Settlement Agreements. Jeff handles the full range of domestic issues, including divorce, custody, alimony, child support, and property distribution. Mr. Kim understands the complex and emotional nature of family law cases and approaches each case with the necessary compassion and sensitivity.

Mr. Kim is a lifelong resident of Maryland and has actively contributed to his community. His strong commitment to the community is reflected in the pro bono services he has provided through the Family Law Assistance Program, where he provides free consultations on domestic relations matters to families with financial need, and the cases he has accepted through the Maryland Volunteer Legal Service.

Professional Activities:

Mr. Kim is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the MSBA's Family and Juvenile Law Section.
